(在日本的治安新聞中，常能見到警方對犯罪集團據點進行強制搜查（ガサ入れ）的畫面。然而，不少民眾在觀看影片時，常被執法人員極具威脅感、甚至帶有暴力團風格的咆哮聲所震撼，甚至被網路輿論戲稱為「合法公營極道」。
根據日本警方（特別是大阪府警組織犯罪對策部門）的執法邏輯，此類攻堅行動必須面對兇惡的犯罪份子。執法人員在第一時間使用極具壓迫感的語氣與關西方言進行喊話，主要目的在於形成強大的心理震懾，並在最短時間內阻止屋內人員銷毀事證。)
